Marcello has always been a lover of technology products ever since spinning his first record and taking his first photo at a very young age. His love and passion for audio, video, photography, digital and analog devices continue to this day.
At the age of 21 years, he landed a job with North America’s largest consumer retailer in the home theater department which continued to fuel his passion for audio, video, and technology products. Marcello spent 12 years with this company consuming knowledge in all aspects of audio, video, computers, digital imaging, connected devices, home automation, and hi-fi audio. In addition, he oversaw in-home services such as high-end home theater installations learning both extensive product knowledge as well as customer service and support.
Starting at entry-level as an occasional seasonal holiday helper, he advanced to Department Home Theater Supervisor, then to Store Sales Manager, to Store General Manager, and eventually to District Manager. Marcello not only gained extensive knowledge working with incredible products, people, vendors, and manufacturers; he also solidified his passion and leadership strengths within all of these areas.
In 2007, Marcello decided to expand his love for photography and cinematography. Using his customer service management skills, his business acumen, and his acquired schooling in professional photography, he started his own photography business-Marcello Rostagni photography otherwise known as MRphotography.
Uniquely positioned with professional skills in photography, retail sales, management, and consumer electronics, Marcello in 2020 took all the areas he is passionate about and began creating visually stimulating, impactful, and informative product reviews on his YouTube channel www.youtube.com/marcellorostagni
Marcello utilizes his time creating professional and unique photo content for his numerous photography clients and produces stunning videos to help consumers learn about different products and make informed buying decisions. None of this is possible without the growing support of the loving audio, video, photo, and tech community.
Marcello‘s greatest passion in life is his relationship with his young daughter. He is a dedicated father who also enjoys being a personal fitness enthusiast.
